The WorkFlow Manager’s user-friendly interface makes it easy to design a workflow that matches the way your organization actually processes orders. Other than a starting point and an ending point, there is no preset number of tasks or required sequence. The process is completely customizable.

Instant Order Status
From The WorkFlow Manager’s User Console, you can instantly view the status and “ownership” of any order. Administrators can dynamically reallocate resources and workload as needed.

Built-In Controls
The WorkFlow Manager allows administrators to develop a checklist and timeline for every work group working on an order. When individuals or work groups click the “Complete Order” button, the WorkFlow Manager automatically evaluates whether all required tasks have been completed before allowing the order to move to the next “node” in the process.

If the time it takes to complete an order exceeds the time your organization has specified, it will be marked as overdue in ProForm and will appear on the next report you generate.
