New HUD-1 Training Options

Now that the January 1, 2010 deadline has past, you should have already begun using the NEW HUD-1 Settlement Statement. You may find it difficult to get used to the changes, and you may not feel entirely comfortable conducting a closing with the new HUD-1. SoftPro understands how difficult this learning curve can be, and we want to help make the transition easy for you and your business. As a result, we have designed several training programs to help you learn how to use the new HUD-1 within SoftPro.

Option #1: Custom Web Session

Get Training on the New HUD-1 from the comfort of your own office! You can schedule a 90 minute web session with up to 5 logins for just your organization on how to use the new HUD in ProForm. It is completely interactive and scheduled flexibly based on availability. The cost of a custom web session is $225, which includes up to 5 logins. Below is a course outline for a new HUD-1 web session that we would recommend.

Using the GFE HUD-1 Settlement Statement in ProForm (90 minute web/phone training)

• In-Depth discussion regarding data entry of the new HUD-1 & Closing screens within ProForm
• Brief discussion on various funding scenarios and how the new rules affect them (Yield Spread Premium, Seller Paid Closing Costs, Title Service Fees, etc.)
• Explanation/Preview of the New 2009 HUD-1 Settlement Statement

Option #2: On the Road Seminars - coming to a city near you...

SoftPro's On-the-Road Training Seminars take place at learning centers around the country. They are an effective option for SoftPro users who prefer a high-quality, hands-on training experience. We offer our HUD series twice a day for your convenience, Session 1: (9-12pm) or Session 2: (1-4pm). The price per session is $395 per person. Register early and save! You can take $100 OFF your registration fee if you register 2 weeks in advance.
