ProIndx for Windows allows you to create and maintain a comprehensive database of title index records. You can enter the index data directly into the program or, if you have ProForm for Windows, import the data from your closing file.

Each record in ProIndx contains descriptive information about the property and instrument, including:

• Two Customizable File IDs for importing from ProForm
• Buyer and Seller names
• City, County, Subdivision, Street Name and Number
• Lender name/Code
• Map References
• Tax, Parcel and Account Number
• Document Name and Recording Date
• Lot, Block, Phase, and Section Numbers
• Township, Range, and Quarter/QuarterThree Optional Fields for Information of your Choice (e.g. Restrictive Covenants, Sales Price, Loan Amount)

Use ProIndx to index all of your files and later recall them. You can quickly and easily search for index records based on a combination of any of the fields in the database. ProIndx even allows for wildcard searches. It's Soundex feature lets you search based on how a word sounds instead of the exact spelling.
