Part-Time Trust Account Reconciler
Job Description
SoftPro has an opening for a Part-Time Trust Account Reconciler in our Raleigh, NC office. This position will be for 20 hours each week. Prefer Monday through Friday for 4 hours each day. In this position you will be responsible for managing an assigned group of SoftPro Reconciliation Service Customers. The main duties of the position include, but are not limited to:
• Managing all components of the reconciliation of customers’ monthly bank statements using ProTrust software,
• Making recommendations to customers on how to better manage their trust accounts.
Job Requirements
The position requires exceptional attention to detail, effective communication skills, a thorough understanding of trust account reconciliation concepts, and a strong commitment to customer service. Additionally, you must enjoy working with numbers, possess a strong math aptitude, and understand basic accounting skills.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Associates degree, or one to two years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

In this position you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality documents for the SoftPro suite of products for our clients. This is a great opportunity for Real Estate Paralegals or experienced Title Insurance Professionals looking for a change!
Job Requirements
The requirements of this position are:
• A thorough understanding of the documents used in the Real Estate Closing and Title Insurance industry are required.
• Must have real estate industry experience and a vast knowledge of closing documents specializing in HUD preparation.
• Superior MS Word skills creating complex documents utilizing the Mail Merge and/or Tables features.
• Superior Excel experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail, as well as strong typing and Windows navigation skills are a must.
• Strong customer service skills and able to work in a team environment.
• 15% US travel is required.
