SoftPro Releases Enterprise Version 5.0

Raleigh, NC - With the release of SoftPro Enterprise Version 5.0, SoftPro has given closing and title organizations a powerful new tool for streamlining operations and enhancing productivity. In addition to providing Vista and Office 2007 compatibility, Enterprise 5.0 also features a dynamic new Workflow Manager that makes it easy to create, track, manage and troubleshoot ProForm orders across an organization.

The Workflow Manager takes the guesswork out of managing ProForm orders - administrators can instantly view the status and "ownership" of any order, as well as the workload of any employee or work group from a single screen. Its user-friendly interface makes it easy for each organization to design its own workflow. Other than a starting point and an ending point, there is no preset number of tasks or required sequence, the process is completely customizable.

The Workflow Manager makes it easy for work groups to pass projects to the next "node" in the process when their assigned task is complete. Administrators can dynamically monitor workloads and reassign orders as needed. The Workflow Manager allows administrators to generate a variety of reports, analyzing everything from active orders by work group to turn-around time by individual users and more.

Other features of SoftPro Enterprise Version 5.0 include support for both SQL Server 2005 and SQL Express, as well as an upgrade to Crystal Reports 11.5, a RESPA fix and a 1099 Update.
