SoftPro Celebrates 10,000th Customer!

Raleigh, NC - SoftPro achieved its most significant milestone in its 21 year history with the addition of its 10,000th customer site. SoftPro's first product, ProForm, the industry's number one closing and title automation software is accompanied today by a full suite of cutting edge solutions for the title industry to streamline the closing process. With their decision to purchase SoftPro's software on July 5, 2005, Title America of Central Florida (Title America) in Lake Mary, Florida earned the distinction of becoming SoftPro's 10,000th customer site. Little did Cassie Fleming, President of Title America, know that SoftPro had planned a substantial celebration in the form of an "Extreme Title Company Makeover" to commemorate this achievement. SoftPro's goal was to set the winning company up with the most state of the art hardware and software solutions the industry has to offer. Conley informed Title America that in honor of SoftPro reaching this most significant milestone, Title America would receive a state-of-the-art, turnkey system to include a Dell Power Edge File Server, Citrix Metaframe Presentation Server, Hewlett Packard Tablet PC and mobile battery operated wireless printer, along with Dell Opti-Plex Desktop Computers with 19 inch flat screen monitors for all their employees. All of this would be in addition to the latest in title automation offered through SoftPro's software and complimentary training for their entire staff. "I made him repeat it two or three times and thought that there's got to be a catch." said Fleming. "One of the deciding factors in choosing SoftPro was the level of control and security offered on the trust accounting end. I had no idea that the decision to buy SoftPro would lead to this windfall of equipment, too. It's just unbelievable."

Members of the press also took notice of SoftPro's achievement in the title industry. In addition to media representatives from October Research's Title Report, a film crew from Alexander Haig's World Business Review were on location at Title America on July 19 to document the execution of the makeover. World Business Review, a newsmagazine-style production focusing on business strategies and technology in a variety of industries is produced by Multi-Media Productions USA, Inc and distributed worldwide on CNBC. A film crew will also be shooting at a later date at SoftPro's Raleigh, NC headquarters. The air time of the SoftPro/Title America story is to be determined.
